CODE OF CONDUCT
Financial Education Alliance of Hawaii (FEAH) is an educational organization committed to providing progressive developmental opportunities that meet the career needs of the financial services industry and all other interested entities.
FEAH is committed to providing a learning environment that is free from harassment on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, gender identification, national origin, age, citizenship status, genetic information, or any other protected characteristic as established by federal, state, or local law. FEAH prohibits harassment, discrimination, bullying, or other unwelcome or unlawful behavior.
It is FEAH’s goal is to promote a safe learning environment where participants are treated with dignity and respect. To achieve our goal, the conduct that is described in this policy will not be tolerated. Prohibited unlawful behavior includes, but it is not limited to, the following:

Offensive verbal comments, epithets, jokes, or references related to any protected class mentioned above;

Unprofessional gestures that are suggestive or insulting;

Displaying offensive messages, symbols, objects, pictures, or videos;

Unwelcome sexual advances – whether they involve physical touching or not;

Threatening, intimidating, or hostile acts;

Unwelcome photography or recording; and

Disruption of events or activities.
If you or others are experiencing inappropriate behavior, please contact a FEAH representative immediately. FEAH reserves the right to remove any participant from the respective activity that discriminates against any persons in any manner. Any misconduct or unprofessionalism reported to FEAH will be addressed and could possibly result in suspension from attending future FEAH activities.
